It’s very hard, or at least for this Momma, to find things for the littlest human in this household to eat. I am sharing one of the different combinations she ACTUALLY eats, just to help any mommy out there who needs a little help.
I must admit that today was probably not the best example, I think it has a little too much sugars. The waffles are multi grain, but are not WHOLE grain, I am still in the hunt to find ones that are and that she will love, but instead of syrup I used organic raw honey. I don’t feel TOO bad about the combo because of the raw organic honey. The cereal is also whole wheat and it’s the first ingredient on the list, I like that, it is also fortified with vitamins and minerals, BUT it has gelatin, so minus point on my list. The cutie provides vitamin C. The cereal has a grade of B- on Fooducate.com which makes me feel a bit better, but I certainly can do better. I would have for sure chosen the cheerios or the Shredded bites without the frosted coating, but the husband and eldest were in charge of choosing the cereal this time, go figures! I also switch the waffles with an egg some mornings. To drink she has water.

I hope this helps, once I find better/healthier options that she will ACTUALLY eat I’ll share them on here. Let’s be honest, I can put up a photo of a perfect well balanced and nutritional breakfast but if the kid sits there throwing it all over the floor, then what’s the fucking point right!!??
