Thankful Thursdays-Such an Awesome Big Sisi

A little update on life: I haven’t slept for about 24 hours, my little one was not feeling  well last night. She has a cold. I’m glad it’s just a cold and not the flu. She was all stuffed up and refused to let me use the Bulb Syringe (looks like that one, but the hospital gave it to us for her nose) to help her breath better.

Has anyone ever tried the oogiebear the nose and ear cleaner or the Boogie Gentle Saline Nasal Mist? At times like these you need something that they won’t mind as much and super easy/fast to use. My little one starts twisting her head making it super hard to get the mucus out.

Anyway, back to the actual post. I have noticed that as soon as my eldest gets up she starts to look for her clothes and her sister’s clothes. While I get ready she looks for everything from top to bottoms even socks, by the time I am done, she has 2 piles, one for her and one for her sister.

She’s such an independent little one, a lot of the times we don’t tell her how much we appreciate all the help she provides for us. I hope that she continues to be self-dependent and is always there to provide support to her little sister.

Keeping it short today luvs this Momma needs more coffee,

Happy Thursday!!

  1. Super good big sister!!! My 3yo likes to do that, too, but her matching skills need help….

I find the bulb syringe is the best; the sucking tools aren’t as good. Saline really helps us, too!

Good luck getting through the sickness, and get some rest!!
